Can you believe it's July?? Crazy!
Anyway... Yesterday was an all day beach drinking day, so after my morning run I needed something filling but light enough so food baby would not be present at the beach. So, low and behold:
Half Banana Waffle topped with Bananas and Blueberries and Scrambled Egg Whites on Canadian Bacon and Avocado topped with Tomatoes and Feta!
My mom uses the Bisquick Heart Healthy mix to make batches of waffles and pancakes and then freezes them for later. This makes it really easy to heat them up quickly and add your favorite toppings.
Sunday is my favorite day to go out to breakfast/brunch. This morning: Citrus
Fresh Watermelon Juice Mimosa and "Beach Benedict"
English muffin with avocado, tomato, sauteed spinach with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce. Delicious!
