The Ninja is awesome for chopping ingredients in seconds, but it can easily be done with a sharp knife. I put red onion, garlic, and fresh cilantro into the Ninja then mixed it in with the corn and beans. Added the tomato and lastly the avocado. Finally, a drizzle of olive oil, dash of sea salt, and a little fresh squeezed lime juice!
Now all you need are some chips and.. a margarita!
I use frozen limeade concentrate for the base of my margs. I mix the limeade with water like it explains on the packaging. Then add in a little orange juice, a decent amount of triple sec, and a generous amount of tequila. Mix it all together and pour it on ice, in a glass garnished with lime and oranges if you have them, and salt, which I totally forgot for this margarita.Enjoy!
